Blankets for Good: Fargo Team Ties Together Compassion and Community

Yesterday, our Fargo-area employees gathered for a heartwarming initiative--Blankets for Good—organized by the Fun Committee. This hands-on event brought together team members to create fleece tie blankets that will be donated to the United Way of Cass-Clay, who will gift them to children transitioning out of homelessness and into new homes with their families.

The room was filled with music, snacks, and the spirit of giving. Employees followed easy, no-sew instructions provided by United Way, tying each blanket with care and intention. Every knot represented a message of warmth, hope, and welcome for a child beginning a new chapter.
“Tied with love, each blanket carries hope into a new home."
This event wasn’t just about making blankets—it was about making a difference. It was a chance for our team to come together, have fun, and contribute to a cause that truly matters. The smiles, laughter, and teamwork on display were a testament to the compassion that drives our culture at MetroPlains Management.

We’re proud to support the United Way of Cass-Clay and their mission to uplift families in our community. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event so meaningful.
