REGIONAL MANAGER
The regional manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will maximize and assist in all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital and operations of the MetroPlains Management portfolio in their assigned region. Below is an example of some tasks.

The Community Manager I is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Below is an example of some tasks.

reGIONAL FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
The Regional Facilities Maintenance employee will be responsible for performance of the day-day maintenance operations of the physical lead and grounds of the residential and commercial property(ies). These responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with the policies of MetroPlains under the direct supervision of the Area Manager. Below is an example of some tasks.

MAINTENANCE
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performance of the day-day maintenance operations of the physical lead and grounds of the residential and commercial property(ies). These responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with the policies of MetroPlains Management. Below is an example of some tasks.

CLEANING TECHNICIAN
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for the performance of the day-to-day cleaning of the physical facilities and grounds of the development. These responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with the policies of MetroPlains the direct supervision of the Community manager or Area manager. The caretaker will be an employee of the management company; however, compensation will be an expense of the housing development. Below is an example of some tasks.
