Alcott Manor in Grand Forks offers a unique and historical community to live. Alcott Manor originally began its service to the Grand Forks community as South Junior High School. The building was designed and built in 1931. The building is an important landmark for the community and continues to be one of the most distinguished examples of depression-era architecture in Grand Forks. We also carry a unique market rate lofts and heated parking. We want to ensure that your stay with us is going to be an enjoyable one. Alcott Manor is affordable senior housing apartment community.

INCOME RESTRICTIONS/RESIDENT SELECTION CRITERIA

This property includes both affordable (income restricted) and market rate apartments. Income restrictions apply to some units. Income limits go by your total annual household gross income. MINIMUM INCOME

• If a resident receives tenant based, monthly rental subsidy, there will be no minimum income requirements.
• It will be sufficient minimum income if a resident has cash assets equal to at least six months of rent.
• 30% rental units must have a minimum income equal to (2) times the monthly rent.
• All other rental units must have a minimum income equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent.
