WILLOW RUN TOWNHOMESWillow Run I and II Townhomes are located on the NE end of Owatonna and two miles from Interstate 35. All the townhomes have three bedrooms. The amenities include washer and dryer in every apartment, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, central air and one car attached garage. Each townhome had a front and back patio, large bedrooms with cable and phone hook-ups. We have on site management and daily maintenance. Residents can enjoy 6 major parks, 3 golf courses, outdoor waterpark, miniature golf and great shopping. Owatonna has great schools, lots of restaurants, 5 work out centers, Little Theatre Plays and indoor tennis courts. Owatonna has Lake Kolmeyer to swim, fish and canoe. Owatonna is a great community.

- If a resident receives tenant based, monthly rental subsidy, there will be no minimum income requirements.
- It will be sufficient minimum income if a resident has cash assets equal to at least six months of rent.
- 30% rental units must have a minimum income equal to (2) times the monthly rent.
- All other rental units must have a minimum income equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent.
