ABOUT VILLA DE REMER APARTMENTS
Villa De Remer is the substantial rehabilitation of the former 1922 "North B Building" of the Grafton State School into 30 units of affordable housing. This development was completed with its neighboring building on the historic campus, Hancock Place. Both buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. They have a community bus available for travel and meals for seniors. Villa De Remer offers an underground link to access a fitness center and food service center because we want to make your stay with us easy and enjoyable.
