Northgate Woods is a quiet community tucked away in a residential neighborhood in Blaine. The site is heavily wooded with mature trees which makes it a lovely home for 75 families. Northgate Woods includes a 30 unit apartment building for seniors and disabled persons and 45 townhomes for families. The apartment building has a controlled entry, elevator, community room, on-site laundry, patio area and gazebo and all units are air conditioned. The townhomes are air conditioned, have in-unit washers and dryers and patios. The site includes a playground and a basketball half court. All units come with a rental subsidy.
