Unique living in 6 old Victorian homes in a location that speaks for itself. It is not surprising that there is a waiting list for these homes and that they are seldom available. Located on the Northern end of historic Nicollet Island, you will find the Nicollet Island Historic Homes. Consisting of twenty-two units in six historic homes dating from the late nineteenth century, the co-op is part of a rural oasis in the middle of downtown Minneapolis.

MINIMUM INCOME GUIDELINES
- If a resident receives tenant based, monthly rental subsidy, there will be no minimum income requirements.
- It will be sufficient minimum income if a resident has cash assets equal to at least six months of rent.
- 30% rental units must have a minimum income equal to (2) times the monthly rent.
- All other rental units must have a minimum income equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent.
