Meadow Ridge Apartments offer affordable family living in our spacious one & two bedroom homes. Our community amenities include laundry facilities, off-street parking, a picnic area, and a fun playground. Our apartments offer rental assistance to qualified residents. The building is funded by Rural Development, rent is based off 30% of gross income. For those that are 62 or over, handicapped or disabled, medical expenses can be used in determining rent.
