ABOUT LIBRARY SQUARE APARTMENTS

Library Square I & II is a beautiful property with 91 comfortable luxury living one and two bedroom apartment homes. Centrally located elevator and On-site office staff to assist you with your requests. The apartment community includes a community and gaming room, craft room, beautiful chapel, exercise room and a library furnished with historical elements retrieved and restored from the original Mandan Public Library. There is an outside patio area with grilling access and indoor walk about connecting Library Square I to Library Square II. The building is also non-smoking. Noon meals are available from the Golden Age Services five days a week in the main dining room located at Library Square I. There are a variety of recreational and social activities scheduled in the community room. Library Square II is centrally located in downtown Mandan with grocery stores and shopping all within walking distance if you choose.

MINIMUM INCOME GUIDELINES

• If a resident receives tenant based, monthly rental subsidy, there will be no minimum income requirements.
• It will be sufficient minimum income if a resident has cash assets equal to at least six months of rent.
• 30% rental units must have a minimum income equal to (2) times the monthly rent.
• All other rental units must have a minimum income equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent.
