Legacy Townhomes

The Legacy Townhomes is comprised of 6 separate buildings with 4-6 Townhomes/building. The two and three bedroom Townhomes provide upscale amenities including: designer paint colors, additional half bath, washer and dryers in every home, and attached garages. Kitchens are furnished with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Other features are patios, kitchen pantries, large closets and an on-site management office. Legacy Townhomes are adjacent to a city park and you can access the city's walking path right out your back door.

MINIMUM INCOME GUIDELINES

If a resident receives tenant based, monthly rental subsidy, there will be no minimum income requirements.
It will be sufficient minimum income if a resident has cash assets equal to at least six months of rent.
Must have verifiable income equal to two point five (2.5) times the monthly rent or cash assets at least equal to at least six months of rent.
