Independence Pointe is a fully handicap accessible two-story building will consist of 24 units - 19 one-bedroom and 5 three-bedroom that will allow residents the ability to enjoy an independent lifestyle. An open space design will result in rooms that are larger and floor plan layouts that are fluid so that residents that rely on walkers or wheelchairs are able to operate efficiently in their homes. Unit outlets and light switches placed at accessible heights. The development will feature a central laundry room, a common area for activities and events. MINIMUM INCOME
- If a resident receives tenant based, monthly rental subsidy, there will be no minimum income requirements.
- It will be sufficient minimum income if a resident has cash assets equal to at least six months of rent.
