ABOUT CRYSTAL COURT APARTMENTS
Crystal Court Apartments offers both one and two bedroom apartments. Each apartment has one full bath, a kitchen equipped with stove/range and refrigerator, and an in wall AC unit. Crystal Courts is a secured access building. Residents receive access to a fitness center which is connected to the apartment building (weight room, pool, open gym, yoga, Pilates), Senior dining on site offers a lunch for a reasonable price. Crystal Court also offers coin operated laundry, hair salon in building, and is close to down town Princeton. Call for current pricing.
Income Guidelines
- If a resident receives tenant based, monthly rental subsidy, there will be no minimum income requirements.
- Must have verifiable income equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent or cash assets at least equal to at least six months of rent.
