Charleston Townhomes offer a gracious way of living with a convenient location and affordable senior living. Each townhome is featured with two bedrooms and it's own private entrance with patio area, attached garages and laundry hook-ups. To make our residents feel like they are at home, each townhome includes a frost free refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, self cleaning oven and disposal. A community room is located onsite with a beauty barber chair made available for resident use. MINIMUM INCOME
- If a resident receives tenant based, monthly rental subsidy, there will be no minimum income requirements.
- It will be sufficient minimum income if a resident has cash assets equal to at least six months of rent.
- 30% rental units must have a minimum income equal to 2 times the monthly rent.
- All other rental units must have a minimum income equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent.
