Capitol City Townhomes consists of 69 two and three bedroom town homes located in five different Saint Paul neighborhoods including Summit University, the West Side of Saint Paul, the East Side of Saint Paul, the North End and Frogtown. All of the units were completely renovated in 2007. Most of the town homes have garages and many have basements. All are air conditioned and have full size washers and dryers, microwave ovens and dishwashers. Several of the sites have playgrounds.

INCOME RESTRICTIONS/RESIDENT SELECTION CRITERIA

This property participates in the LIHTC program. Residency is limited to low to moderate income households. The maximum allowable incomes (by household size) are listed below. Income limits go by your total household annual gross income. Please give us a call if you have any questions regarding this program or qualifications.

MINIMUM INCOME GUIDELINES

• If a resident receives tenant based, monthly rental subsidy, there will be no minimum income requirements.
• It will be sufficient minimum income if a resident has cash assets equal to at least six months of rent.
• All other rental units must have a minimum income equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent.
