ABOUT BUCKMAN APARTMENTS
The renovation of the Hotel Buckman and the old Fire House resulted in the substantial rehabilitation of both buildings into 27 one-bedroom apartments and a community support space for a congregate senior project now known as Buckman Apartments. The first floor contains the majority of the congregate support spaces including a dining room, serving kitchen, lounge, administration office, laundry, fitness room, beauty/barber shop, and a controlled outdoor patio/walking area. The remainder of the first floors of both buildings, as well as the upper floors, contain living units. The apartments range in size from 575 square feet to 600 square feet. Each apartment consists of a combined living/dining room, full kitchen, full bath and bedroom. All units are handicap accessible and two are handicapped equipped. We also have raised garden beds in a courtyard for garden lovers!
