To qualify for a LIHTC unit, your household income must be below certain limits, which are determined by the number of people in your household.

What are Low-Home Funds?
Low-Home funds are another source of financial assistance that helps us offer affordable housing. Similar to LIHTC, these funds come with income restrictions to ensure that the housing is available to those who need it most.
