Michele KleinAssistant Vice President / Human Resources
Michele Klein has over 14 years of HR and leadership experience. She graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Michele holds her SHRM-CP certification through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She currently serves as the Certification Director for North Dakota SHRM State Council. She is also involved in her local SHRM chapter; the Fargo-Moorhead Human Resources Association, where she has been a member since 2013. Michele oversees the human resources department including safety and payroll. Michele and her team are continually improving efficiency, consistency, teamwork, and communication; creating a culture that provides for a positive work environment and opportunities for a work/life balance for everyone.
