ABOUT HOLIDAY VILLAGE II
There are 20 of these two and three bedroom townhouse style apartments located just south of the Holiday Village Elderly building. Each apartment has air conditioning located on the main floor. There is a full kitchen with dishwashers included. The living room is on the main floor with the bedrooms and bath (includes tub and shower) located on the second level. There are laundry hook-ups located on the second floor also. Each apartment has a front and rear entry. There is a community playground located directly between the family apartments and the elderly building. A large parking lot is also included for convenience. We drive slowly here because we love our children! Close to grocery, clinic and dining. This building is also funded by HUD and Tax Credit, rent is based on 30% of gross income. The resident is responsible to pay for all utilities at this location but a utility allowance is granted at this building.
