There is a community playground located directly between the family apartments and the elderly building. A large parking lot is also included for convenience. We drive slowly here because we love our children! Close to grocery, clinic and dining. This building is also funded by HUD and Tax Credit, rent is based on 30% of gross income. The resident is responsible to pay for all utilities at this location but a utility allowance is granted at this building.
