There is a washer and dryer hook-up for a standard sized washer and dryer found in one bedroom closet. The living rooms all face the west and have a patio door that leads to a patio. These apartments are 750 square feet. All the units share a common wall. Mail is delivered curbside. Utilities are not included with rent. All of the apartments have cove heat and are all electric. Black Hills Power supplies the electricity. Each apartment has an air conditioner. They all come with a stove, refrigerator and dishwashers.
